The Viewpoint-Attribution Check

Before selecting any answer that quotes or closely paraphrases the passage, explicitly ask: whose view is this — the author's, a proponent's, a critic's? This single check eliminates the RC-WRONG-VIEWPOINT trap, one of the highest-frequency RC errors across all five passage sets.
