1. Track the Evidence Chain

What was measured, under what conditions, and what conclusion is drawn from it — science passages often present a study and then either endorse or critique the leap from data to conclusion.

2. Your CS Background Helps and Hurts

Familiarity with methodology/statistics language is an asset, but resist over-relying on outside domain knowledge — answer strictly from what the passage states, not from what you happen to know about the actual science.
