1. Weakening a Plan

Show the plan won't be implemented as described, won't actually produce the predicted effect, or will trigger a side effect that undermines the goal.

2. Weaken-EXCEPT

Four choices weaken; the correct one is neutral or actually strengthens. Reread the stem before touching the choices.
